Take me, I look younger at 50+ than I did in my 40s.

This is not pie-in-the sky talk. It’s very achievable by making small changes. Because as the old saying goes, “Little hinges swing big doors.”

Nor do you have to take a bunch of anti-aging drugs, choke down a bunch of supplements, or buy expensive diet and anti-aging gimmicks that never work.

What I’m about to show you works for anyone, male or female, and works at any age. 35, 45, 55, 65, 75 — it doesn’t matter because the science of and the biology of anti-aging and longevity is exactly the same for everyone.

My years as coaching thousands on their fateful weight loss journeys where they not only lost the maximum fat and inches, but went on to KEEP it all off has shown me that there are certain things that those who lose the most fat and inches + KEEP it off do things others don’t.

Now I have to warn you: What you are about to hear will likely fly in the face of all the other me-too, conventional diet and exercise advice you’ve been hearing and reading about.

What you need is a splash of cold water, a touch of Old School, a Reality Call and the straight truth.

That’s because the fitness and health and dieting world has gone chickensh*t.

They’re so busy telling lazy people what they want to hear that they’ve quit telling them what they NEED to know to lose weight and feel younger.

Here’s one of those things they distract you with: “Core training.”

Entire small countries are deforested with all the articles on “core training” and the like!

Just jump on YouTube and type “core training” into Search and you’ll see more videos about using “core training” to lose weight than all the cat videos combined!

So… listen up… let me reveal the truth of this one right here: You can do all the “core training” in the world, but if you’ve got too much fat over the core of your body?

You’re never going to see it!

“Core training” is good to do, yes. It’s good to help firm up all the jiggly parts. But it’s not going to help you lose weight.

Same with all the focus on hot yoga, spinning classes, walking — they’re all fine but they’re not going to do squat for slowing down your aging, nor will they burn off stubborn body fat nor build muscle.

Uh-uh. Ain’t gonna happen. At least by doing THOSE things.

These 5 1/2 steps I’m going to show you are what you absolutely MUST AVOID if you want to slow the aging process, feel GREAT!, and achieve your ideal body.

 Anti-Aging The Easy Way Step 1: Forget The “Low” Diet Fads

  • No Low-Fat Diets.
  • No low-carbs diets.
  • No low anything diets.

In fact, forget about diets altogether.

Diets fool you into focusing on the wrong things.

Your diet isn’t the problem and it isn’t the thing you need to change. Because going on another diet certainly isn’t going to take off the most fat and inches and KEEP them off.

Nu-uh. Haven’t you tried that enough times already?

In fact I called them the “no whatever” diets because it doesn’t matter whether it’s the low of – you should ignore it because…

  1. It’s a diet.
  2. Because it has you eating less of whatever the target food thing is.

I mean the “low whatever diet” has been the craze for many years now.

But just look around you, what has all this fad dieting done for the bodies you see around you? The world is fatter, sicker, and even more addicted to sugar and carbs than any other time in history!

Wouldn’t you think that will all the diet plans, programs blahblahblah… and all the low-whatever foods — shouldn’t we be leaner and fitter than any other time in history?

And we’re passing these bad fitness habits and bad eating habits and bad ways of thinking about both on to our kids, the next generation.

And what has all that accomplished?

It has made you fearful of whatever the focus of the bad diet is – you’re afraid of fat, you’re afraid of too much protein, you’re afraid of too many carbs.

But here’s the straight truth– they ain’t the problem.

Here’s one of you biggest problems: going on too many diets!

Did you know that each bad fad diet you go on slows your metabolism by 15%?

Now, think back… how many of these diets have you been on over the years?

Beginning to get the picture? Finally starting to understand the problem here?

So fats, proteins and carbs ain’t the problem. None of them.

  • They’re not the things that are keeping you packing on the pounds and inches.
  • They’re not what’s making you crazy and paranoid about eating too much of whatever the fad diet du jour is.

Bottom line: Don’t fear the good fat you can consume. Don’t willy-nilly eliminate all fat from your diet.

Quit doing the same for proteins nor carbs. The healthy, whole and active You needs ALL of them.

None of them make you fat. Bottom line.

Too much of any of them… well, too much of ANYTHING can make you fat. But we’re not talking about that.

Okay… I’ve gotta start wrappings this up…

Let’s take fats. Fat in your diet does not make you fat.

Actually, fats help your body regenerate your power hormones aka testosterone, the ‘strength’ hormone.

Testosterone (men AND women need testosterone) is the direct result of the right amount cholesterol and other fats in what you eat.

That’s right: “Cholesterol” isn’t a dirty word. You don’t want to avoid it, either.

Your body needs fat and cholesterol in order to produce ALL vital hormones.

Guess what starts going away when you go on a “low-fat diet?” Uh-huh. Testosterone plummets.

As does what I call your “youth hormone”: the growth hormone from your pituitary gland. Growth hormone is responsible for all your youthful zest and vitality.

But don’t just take my word and the proof of hundreds of medical studies — you look at the people on all the low-whatever diets — don’t they look drawn, gaunt, and weak?

Don’t they look… OLD?

Plus, they’re often sickly and always seem to be coming down with something.

Worse, they feel like they can never just enjoy eating out because they’re so fearful of gaining weight, they obsessively account for calorie at every meal.

Who wants to live like that? What kind of life is that?

Do you really think obsessing over eating the “wrong” things will help make you younger? Of course not… though it will worry you to death. And worry makes you look, thinking and feel older.

How has “watching everything you eat” ever done anything than fighting a losing battle against unwanted pounds and inches?
